| Bedrock Beliefs We believe in one God of three Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in God the Father, who loves all He created. We believe we willfully separate ourselves from God through sin. We believe we need to reconcile ourselves with God yet are unable to do that on our own. We believe in God the Son, Jesus Christ, who came to save us by taking our sin upon Himself. We believe Jesus died on the cross, so that the power of our sin died with Him. We believe, through what Jesus has done for us, we may repent and accept forgiveness of our sin. We believe Jesus rose again from the dead, so that all who believe in Him would also have everlasting life. We believe in God the Holy Spirit, who sustains us until Jesus comes again. We believe we are equipped by the Holy Spirit to serve God and others for God’s glory. |
